Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union

Our team at AGPROfessionals completed the subdivision re-plat and site development plan for the Wellington Pointe Business Park in Wellington, Colorado, for Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union. The business park development project included lot layout, road and utility plans, off-site engineering for water, sewer, and storm drain re-alignment, and landscape plans. We prepared a Request for Proposal (RFP) document, assisted Meridian in contracting a construction contractor, and acted as the owner’s representative throughout the construction process.
